Kyle absolutely loves anything that has to do with buffalo sauce. He loves buffalo wings and especially buffalo burgers. I kind of just though up this recipe as I went along and Kyle now requests it weekly. (I am not that big of a buffalo sauce fan but I try!) This is defiantly an easy go to meal during the week and I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes buffalo sauce or even just plan BBQ sauce.
INGREDIENTS
1 large chicken breast
2 buns
Mayo
Lettuce
Tomato
1/3 cup buffalo sauce
1/3 cup BBQ sauce
2 t. ranch dressing
2 slices of Swiss cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Cook chicken breast as desired. (We used our George Foreman Grill since we both love chicken on the grill.)
2. Prepare buns with mayo, ranch, lettuce and tomato.
3. Mix together the BBQ sauce and buffalo sauce in small bowl.
4. Once chicken breast is done, cut in ½ and dip in sauce.
5. Place on bun, add cheese and serve.
